This website is operated by Wilcox Studios and includes the Half Bloom collection and related products. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Wilcox Studios. By visiting this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
ONLINE STORE TERMS

PRODUCTS AND ARTWORK
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, textures, dimensions, and details accurately. However, colors and appearances may vary depending on lighting, photography, screens, and device settings.
Original artwork is handmade and may contain intentional variations, textures, irregularities, visible brushwork, surface treatments, and other characteristics inherent to the artistic process. These qualities are not defects.
Product availability is limited and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product descriptions, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, payment, shipping, and contact information.
ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, product availability, or other reasonable concerns.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. Wilcox Studios does not accept returns or exchanges for original artwork, commissioned work, apparel, accessories, sale items, or gift cards.
Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the item, shipping box, and packaging. If the issue is verified, we may provide a repair, replacement when available, or refund.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, service interruptions, customs, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed package may be charged to the customer.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, images, photographs, designs, graphics, logos, product names, written content, and other materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Wilcox Studios and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing an original artwork or product transfers ownership of the physical item only. It does not transfer copyright, reproduction, merchandising, licensing, commercial-use, or other intellectual-property rights.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, train artificial-intelligence systems on, or create derivative works from our artwork or website content without prior written permission.
PROHIBITED USES
