Due to the limited and small-batch nature of our work, Wilcox Studios does not accept returns or exchanges. This policy applies to original artwork, commissioned work, apparel, accessories, sale items, and gift cards.

Please carefully review all product details, dimensions, sizing, colors, and shipping information before placing your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, shipping box, and packaging. Please retain all original packaging while your claim is reviewed.

If the issue is verified, Wilcox Studios will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement when available, or a refund.

This policy does not limit any rights provided under applicable law.
